Remember our little visit from CPS last week about our neighbors? I just witnessed the child in question outside in nothing but a diaper. The diaper was so full of...something that it was hanging down to her knees. It couldn't have been touching her little tush at all. Maybe if Mr. CPS man comes around again I'll share this little gem with him. I mean, change the dang diaper already.
