Day 4 did not go well. After my weekend back home, my digestive system was totally pissed off at me. All the amazing food I ate for those 3 days graced me with a wonderful constant stomachache for a few days after we returned.
I managed half the prescribed run, but had to quit and walk back home. After walk/running the first mile of my two mile loop, my stomach was seriously angry. I hate feeling nauseous and I HATE throwing up. If something makes me feel nauseous, I will stop doing it and I may never do it again. So when I finished my 3rd 90 second run I gave up and decided that this week of training may need to take 2 weeks instead of 1. I still haven't decided if I'll repeat this workout next week, but it will be ok if I do.
I was disappointed on Tuesday when I stumbled for the first time on this journey, but I didn't beat myself up. After I post this, I am going to try it again. I feelin like today is the day. I feel better today, I feel ready to go run.
