C25K Day 3 (from Saturday)

I had to tweak my normal MWF running schedule since we were driving home and back on Friday and Monday. Saturday morning we got up a little before 9 and headed to the local park to run a couple laps around their 1 mile track. We took Tiny and it was perfectly chilly. The track there is totally flat (like everything is around there) so the run was easier than the previous 2. I ran farther/faster than ever before and felt good. I always end up breathing hard, but that's how I know I'm working.

Today starts week 2 of the C25K program. Instead of running 60 seconds/walking 90 seconds for a total of 20 minutes I'll be running 90 seconds/walking 2 minutes for a total of 21 minutes. I'll let you know later how I do with that one!

I just tried to call you and you didn't answer...I am thinking that perhaps you are out running. Keep up the good work!

I am at one of my schools, getting ready for an ARD at 10. I will call you when I am finished here.
