Bach. Party & New Shoes

I am way slacking on the posts this month.

I have hardly anything interesting to say lately. I am consumed with wedding stuff.

Last night was my "bachelorette party". I put that in quotes because it probably wasn't your typical bach. party. There were only 4 people and it was really more of a hang out time than some wild and crazy party. We went out to dinner then went back to my friend Jana's house to eat cake, play a couple silly games and talk into the night. It was a nice break from the monotony of wedding planning and I got some cute panties out of the deal! A super shout out to Leslie, my maid-of-honor and co-conspirator in the bachelorette festivities.

Today has been lazy. I thought a lazy day was in order since the coming days will be absolutely insane. I have lists upon lists of things that need to get done every day this week. I have 3 full days until family is here and 5 full days until the wedding. Things are going to be happening very quickly!

Enough about wedding stuff - I don't want to talk about it anymore!

I needed new shoes to wear with a new dress that I bought for the rehearsal & reh. dinner. I did not was to spend $70+ on a pair at Dillard's after I spent almost $200 on the new dress. So, I hit up my local Kohl's to check out their shoe selection (which is totally hit or miss). For only $40 I picked up these beauties:

I have another pair of shoes by Simply Vera from Kohl's and I always loved how comfortable they are. I wore the new ones out last night to kind of break them in and try them out and OMG I love them. Totally worth the $40.

Alright, dinner is ready and there's probably something else I should be doing besides blogging.
