New York: Round 1

I spent the last 5 days in New York City.
A lot of it was spent doing funeral stuff.
It wasn't too terribly sad because it gave us a chance to come together.
Those opportunities don't come along very often...
especially since we all live hither and yon.
We had one full day we got to spend in Manhattan with my brother.
I appreciate my extended family more and more as I get older.
I'll be back up there next month for Round 2.
Here's a few pictures...

^^Flying to Philly in the wee hours of the morning.

^^Playing Junior Monopoly with one set of cousins.

^^My grandparents' house.

^^The funeral home was wall paper happy. Can you find the door in this picture?

^^Cousins!

^^The whole fam.

^^My godmother/aunt. Love her.

^^The Armory indoor track facility. We watched one of my cousins run here.

^^The stairwell in my brother's building.

^^On my brother's favorite pier. The Statue of Liberty is behind me somewhere.

^^Walking alone the High Line Park. It's build on old elevated railroad tracks.

^^The Manhattan skyline from the Staten Island Ferry.

^^Lady Liberty.
