Photographer Woes

For anyone who decides to start their own photography business:

Keep in good contact with your clients and don't take forever to complete products.

We got an expensive wedding photography package for our church wedding seven months ago and I have yet to receive anything. Now, I have my images, but the package included a wedding album, parent albums and print credit.

She has been terrible about returning emails and answering questions.

I love her images and photography style, but will never use her again. She promises things and then doesn't deliver. She has told me so many times that "I'll get these to you in 2 days." or "I'm working on your album this week!" and it has never happened the way she promises it will.

So, for all those aspiring photographers out there, please be a good business owner. Answer emails. Answer questions. Be timely.

Hopefully I'll have everything by our anniversary. Ha.

Oh my gosh! That's terrible. I'd be pissed, particularly because when it comes to pictures, I'm terribly impatient. Speaking of photography (which seems to be a growing business these days) Molly is actually starting up her own little photo-business venture!

Wow that sucks. You should email her and let her know you're going to give her bad publicity unless she gives you what you paid for!
