Goals for the next 24 hours:

1. Finish Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets
2. Watch my Yankees sweep Boston *knocks on wood*
3. Get to sleep at a decent hour
4. Pack all of my recent purchases and gifts into the bed of the truck
5. Say goodbye to my family without crying
6. Drive the 8 hours back to LA without any unnecessary interruptions
7. Get everything that I managed to cram into the bed of the truck into the house in LA
8. Take stock of my kitchen and groceries and make a shopping list
9. Snuggle with my puppy
10. And my husband (in the eyes of the law and God now!)

I'm back to Louisiana tomorrow after my extended stay in TX. It'll be hard to leave, but I'm looking forward to (re)decorating my house, seeing my husband, and attempting to possibly get a job. Coming to you next from LA!
