Brian called this morning while I was at work. He's in some satellite camp so he can't get any mail until he gets back to the FOB which might not be for a month. He sounded pretty good. His call came through Dyess AFB so there was a longer-than-usual delay between when I'd say something and when he'd hear it. I've gotten more accustomed to him being gone, but not I feel like he's missing so much and I can't even really talk to him to tell him about it. There are so many things I'd love to tell him and talk to him about, but our conversations are no longer than 20 minutes and the communication is difficult with the delays. I really need to get in the habit of writing him. I think I'll do that now instead of writing on here.
Today was my last Monday at Roz's.

Letters are great because when he gets back, you will have a journal of all that you experienced while he was gone. Plus, he will know all the little things that you didn't have time to discuss in a phone call.
